Fusion Wellness Center operates under the supervision of a licensed medical provider and is committed to delivering care in accordance with applicable medical, telehealth, and regulatory standards.
Medical Oversight
All medical services offered by Fusion Wellness Center are overseen by a licensed physician. Clinical decisions, treatment plans, and prescriptions are made solely at the discretion of qualified medical providers based on individual patient evaluations, medical history, and clinical judgment.

Dr. Krasne also serves as the founder of DigiDrs, a multi-state telehealth network that connects patients with licensed medical providers across participating states.
Multi-State Telehealth Services
Through affiliated telehealth providers and platforms, services may be made available to patients in multiple states, including:
Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), Illinois (IL), Louisiana (LA), Missouri (MO), New York (NY), Ohio (OH), Oklahoma (OK), Pennsylvania (PA), and Virginia (VA).
All telehealth services are provided in compliance with state-specific licensing requirements. Patients are only treated by providers who are appropriately licensed in their state of residence.
Provider-Patient Relationship
A provider-patient relationship is established only after a patient completes a medical intake and consultation with a licensed healthcare provider. Not all individuals are eligible for treatment, and all services are subject to clinical approval.
Prescription Policy
Prescription-based treatments, including but not limited to:
- Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
- Peptide Therapy
- Medical Weight Loss (including GLP-1 medications)
- Medical Cannabis (where legally permitted)
are only provided when medically appropriate following a consultation with a licensed provider.
No prescription medications are dispensed without proper medical evaluation, and all prescribing follows applicable state and federal laws.
Telehealth Services
Where appropriate, consultations and follow-ups may be conducted via telehealth. These services are performed by licensed providers and adhere to the same standard of care as in-person visits.
Telehealth availability and treatment options may vary by state based on regulatory requirements.

All treatment plans are personalized based on a patient’s health status, goals, and provider evaluation. Results may vary, and no guarantees are made regarding outcomes.
